hey if all else fails the paper can just start scouring the photo sharing sites and start stealing images that may fit the story. Everyone else does it why not them right?

Kind of like when you get a contact from the web and they go on and on about how great your photo is and they want to use it for (insert BS cause) Sadly, they have no budget for photos.

This is sadly a sign of the times, The Sun-Times to be more specific.
Good post Kris

Thank you for stopping by, Bill.

Technology is getting better everyday and pretty soon, sensor size will not be any problem for low light or high ISO. Since you are interested in Fujifilm sensor technology and recently got the X20, I recommend that you wait for the future X-E model. It's not more expensive than the X100s but you'll be able to put almost any kind of lens on the X-E model.

Thanks for the insight about the X20. I've only had mine a few weeks and I'm still getting used to the X20, having last used a Canon 5D for "serious" photography. I'm having a lot of fun with the X20.

I know sensor size has a lot to do with low light sensitivity. I'm looking to ad a larger sensor Fuji when I can afford it. It is not the size of the sensor, but what you do with it right ;)

Perhaps a used 100 or new 100s in also in my future? In the meantime I'm hoping to improve my shooting skills with the X20 through use and guidance from blogs like yours. Many thanks!
